Having lived with our original bathroom, cloakroom and en-suite
for over twenty years we decided to have a complete refit. The
topic cropped up in conversation and
Simply Bathrooms was recommended to us by a friend.
We asked Simply Bathrooms to come up with designs and prices for replacing all
the fittings and tiling. We were delighted with the options
presented to us, and because the prices were clearly itemised,
we were able to sit down and discuss modifications with an
immediate idea of cost implications. Both Rick and Michele were
receptive and patient, and we particularly liked the way that
they did not just push the most expensive products. Their advice
was good both aesthetically and practically.
Our en-suite in particular required some innovative thinking,
and again we appreciated their “can do” attitude, rather than a
sharp intake of breath as is sometimes the case!
We liked the timekeeping, the clarity of invoices and timescales
for payments, and the professional work of the plumbers. They
always made great effort to minimise disruption and mess – not
easy when 3 areas of the house were being replaced.
Friends who knew what the original bathroom and cloakroom were
like are amazed at the transformation and when we show them the
en-suite they are stunned by the clever way everything we asked
for has been accommodated.

bathroom earlier this year which involved taking the walls back
to bare plaster and later on asked you to quote for renovating
our downstairs toilet too.
Despite the fact that you had a change of premises during the
